Guide to Becoming a Landlord

We help with every aspect of promoting and maintaining your property portfolio, from marketing to price negotiation, as well as engaging the services of our trusted, long-term contacts in the maintenance trades.

Our marketing packages are bespoke and designed to attract the kind of tenants you are seeking. Your property is assigned a dedicated lettings negotiator. They will work proactively, seeking all the time to let out your property to suitable tenants.

When we find those prospective tenants, we won't present them to you until we've obtained references and completed extensive background checks.

Our legal team will draw up a detailed, in-depth tenancy agreement that protects both your interests and those of your tenants.

Once they move in, our commitment doesn't end. We also provide a full property management service.
