With HS2 piercing the heart of his family farm, Alex decided to step away from a career in marketing and dedicate his working-life to helping those in rural communities seek justice and prosperity in the face of an ever-changing political landscape. Having completed a MA (Hons) in Art History and Management at the University of St Andrews and a REALM MSc (Hons) at the RAU, Alex joined H&H in the summer of 2023 as a Graduate Rural Surveyor. He enjoys a wide variety of client-facing work and is enthusiastic about all tasks that come his way. Outside of work, Alex enjoys painting, shooting, rugby, drone-photography and taking his dog, Willow, to the pub.

Alison joined Howkins & Harrison in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of lettings industry experience and a passion for making a difference. As the head of the charity committee, Alison spearheads initiatives to support various causes, embodying the company’s commitment to giving back to the community.

Amy has a passion for property and an efficient, organised style that ensures clients are very well supported through the process of choosing and buying property. Her conveyancing knowledge is excellent and this allows her to provide the best possible service for those buying through us.

Andrew is an RICS Registered Valuer.

Andrew joined Howkins & Harrison in 2017, having worked in the Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire area for the previous 5 years. Andrew carries out a wide range of professional work including; HS2, Telecoms, Grants and Subsidies for clients across the Midlands. Outside of work, Andrew runs his own flock of prize winning sheep and is involved with his family farm.

Angie has been working in estate agency since 2006. Joining Howkins & Harrison in 2014 and enjoys her job tremendously, her job comprises of a spectrum of multi-skilling and administration duties supporting the residential sales team across our offices offering support where needed. She fancied doing some “late in the years” studies several years ago, so she completed a NVQ level 3 in Business Administration as well as recently learning to drive! “You are never too old to learn new skills!” is her motto! She enjoys walking with her dog, Riley, and has a passion for the seaside, art and fashion, gardening and interior design.

Andy started with Howkins & Harrison at our Atherstone office in January 2017, he is the Atherstone Residential Property Sales Manager.

Anna joined Howkins & Harrison in 2017.

Belle is an accomplished HR professional, qualified to CIPD Level 7,  with extensive generalist experience within both large and SME companies. She joined Howkins & Harrison in 2023, where she quickly took the wheel of the HR department, bringing her wealth of experience and strategic insight to the team. Outside of work, Belle enjoys the vibrant atmosphere of festivals, often found at Glastonbury with a G&T in hand!

Bethany is currently pursuing her Level 3 CIPD certification, with plans to continue advancing through the subsequent levels. She holds a degree in English Literature and Language, which underpins her strong communication skills. Before transitioning into property, Bethany gained valuable experience as an HR Engagement Coordinator in the logistics sector. Outside of work, she dedicates her spare time to her young sons and enjoys her passion for reading once they are tucked in for the night!

Billy joined the Ashby residential team in November 2024. Previously a lettings manager, Billy has a huge personality and great customer service skills. His local knowledge and experience serve him well in his role as a valuer and negotiator, he prides himself on providing excellent and professional client care.

Charles initially joined the Howkins & Harrison Residential Sales team and then at the end of 2017, he made the move to our Rural team, still based in our Rugby office.

As a sales negotiator, Cally is passionate about providing excellent customer service and she is excited about the prospect of finding people their dream homes. Having lived in Silverstone all her life, she knows the area very well and is able to offer a wealth of local knowledge. Outside of work, Cally enjoys going on dog walks in the countryside and socialising with friends and family!

Clair is an experienced professional who has been an integral part of the Howkins & Harrison team for several years. Starting her journey at the Towcester office, she has since transitioned to the Rugby office, bringing with her a wealth of experience and expertise in her field. With her extensive tenure in the industry, Clair has honed her skills and knowledge, making her an invaluable resource for both colleagues and clients alike.

David has over 25 years experience as a residential agent in the Northamptonshire county, he joined the company in 2000, and manages the Northampton office bringing a wealth of local knowledge and experience.

Denise studied at the London School of Fashion, where she developed a keen eye for style and design. Married to a builder, she has gained valuable insight into the property market, allowing her to combine her passion for interior design with a practical understanding of homes. With a strong background in customer service and sales support, Denise is dedicated to delivering a seamless experience our clients. When she’s not busy, Denise loves spending quality time with her sons and her much-loved dogs!

Emily studied Business and Marketing online while working at Delapré Abbey, before gaining further experience at a social media agency.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys photography, travelling, reading and keeping fit at the gym. She’s also a passionate Northampton Saints supporter and proud member of the Shoe Army!

Dineeta started working for Howkins & Harrison in 2007 as a Purchase Ledger Clerk having moved from her hometown of Kent to Rugby when she got married. Dineeta continues to be an asset to the accounts department at head office. When not at work, Dineeta loves gardening, reading and walking.

Evie is an experienced Lettings Negotiator able to support tenants with their search for property and landlords to ensure that their property is well looked after. Full of energy and enthusiasm, a day with Evie is always great fun!

Felicity has been part of the Howkins & Harrison team for over two years, bringing a well-established marketing background spanning various industries. Her experience includes a notable stint building up a marketing department from the ground up, along with time spent driving strategy and campaigns across a range of sectors.

Felicity holds a CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing (achieved with Distinction) and a CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing, also with Distinction, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional development in the field.

When not in the office, Felicity can be found either in a gym class, cooking, or out running.

Harry is a highly skilled accountant who joined us at the beginning of 2025. He graduated from Wolverhampton University in 2017 with an honours degree in Accountancy and Finance and went on to achieve full ACCA qualification in April 2021. With a keen eye for detail and a love for spreadsheets (direct quote!), Harry thrives on efficiency and accuracy in financial analysis. Outside of work, he enjoys unwinding with a good film.

Henry graduated from Harper Adams University in 2018 having studied for a degree in Rural Property Management and became a chartered surveyor in November 2021. Henry comes from an arable farming family, farming land near to Peterborough and therefore has a working knowledge of farming and the challenges the rural community face. When not working, Henry is usually found engaging in his favourite sports. He is an accomplished rugby player and enjoys the odd round of golf too.

Holly is is RICS qualified surveyor. Holly graduated in 2017 with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management from Harper Adams University, which included a year at Chatsworth Estate, gaining experience as a Trainee Land Agent.

Following graduation, Holly joined a multi-disciplinary practice where she qualified as a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor (MRICS). She managed several estates on behalf of large utility companies across the UK. Since joining H&H at the start of 2023, Holly’s role includes advising clients on landlord and tenant matters (agricultural and commercial), land use, access agreements, land disputes, including boundary & unauthorised access, in addition to acting on behalf of utility providers. In the renewables sector, Holly’s roles include negotiating and agreeing compensation following required operational works, the implementation of Compulsory Purchase Orders or Development Consent Orders. Holly also supports surveyors through their training and is an RICS APC Assessor.

Holly’s interests outside of work include touch rugby, skiing, netball, and long walks with her spaniel Betty.

Ian is an RICS Registered Valuer and a Member of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Ian is a Chartered Surveyor, specialising in: RICS Red Book Valuations- commercial, development, rural and residential; Land Promotion- setting up Option and Promotion Agreements on behalf of landowners, and the Sale and Purchase of Farms. He also heads up our Rural, Planning and Auctions teams. Day to day, Ian also oversees planning applications, compensation and compulsory purchase work (including HS2) as well as agricultural tenancy matters to include: AHA, FBT, Contract Farm and Share Farm Agreements.

James is an RICS Registered Valuer and a Member of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

James is based at our Atherstone office and undertakes a wide range of work in the rural and development sectors, including negotiating option and promotion agreements on strategic development land, rural agency and compulsory purchase (including HS2). He is also the firm’s head of valuation and is an agent for the AMC.

He is a past president of the Midland Counties Agricultural Valuers Association and chairman of the entertainment and marketing committee for Ashby Show.

James is a RICS registered surveyor. James has worked in commercial property since 1996 and gained membership to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1998. He has an in depth knowledge of all aspects of commercial property including sales, lettings, acquisitions and professional consultancy advice. James works with the commercial property teams across the H&H office network.

Jamie joined the Northampton office of Howkins & Harrison in September 2014, spending the first six years in Residential Lettings before moving into Residential Sales. Having entered the property industry from a background in retail, Jamie has always placed customer service at the heart of his work. In 2026, Jamie joined the Commercial department based in Rugby, where he now works as a Commercial Property Agent, applying his extensive property experience and client-focused approach to the commercial sector.

Jeff is an RICS Registered Valuer and a Member of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Jeff joined Howkins & Harrison in 1998, after graduating from Harper Adams. He qualified as a rural surveyor in 2000 and became a partner of the firm in 2004. Jeff grew up on a family farm in south Northamptonshire, which stands him in good stead with the wide range of work he now undertakes. Jeff mainly deals with planning and development and handles option and promotion agreements for landowners, although he remains involved with the sale of land and farms as well as the sales of property by auction.

Jessica graduated from Harper Adams University in 2024 with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. After graduating, she remained in Shropshire and worked for a local rural firm, where she was primarily involved in rural estate management and valuations, as well as some compensation and utilities work. In late 2025, Jessica relocated back home to Leicestershire and joined the H&H team in early 2026, based at the Rugby office. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with friends, long walks at the weekends, and shooting.

Jeremy is an RICS Registered Valuer and a Member of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Jeremy supports the Kelmarsh Estate as their property agent and is also an agent for the AMC supporting farmers & land owners find financial help and support for any project. Jeremy has an unparalleled understanding of agriculture’s unique funding needs and has a number of clients he has supported for more decades than he is willing to admit.

Johanna joined H&H as a commercial secretary in 2022 having spent a number of years in the HR profession, alongside running a dance school in Ashby for over 20 years. Johanna supports commercial property agency and commercial property management clients in the commercial north department. Outside of work, Johanna enjoys eating out with family and friends as well as visiting the theatre for drama and dance productions.

John is an RICS Registered Valuer and a Member of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

John Hall is our Chairman, and has been with Howkins & Harrison for 45 years. He has an involvement across the whole breadth of the firm including commercial property, agricultural land and professional matters but his main focus is on development land and promotional agreements to bring forward residential and commercial development land.

He had a ten year involvement with the Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal (DIRFT), a development of 4,000,000 sq ft involving the sale and lettings of large warehouses.

He is a rent and rating advisor to the Livestock Auctioneers’ Association, on whose National Council he sits involving cattle markets around the country. He also sits as an arbitrator on property dispute matters and receives regular appointments from the President of RICS and private professionals.

Julia brings a wealth of secretarial experience to H&H having spent most of her career to date in the legal secretarial field. Julia’s role in supporting the senior partner of the firm includes general secretarial tasks alongside company compliance work. Outside of work, Julia loves music, gardening and spending time with friends.

Julie is a fully qualified estate agent with over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, including 12 years with Howkins & Harrison, where she oversees the Lutterworth, Rugby and Daventry branches. She prides herself on her extensive local knowledge and brings a strong customer service background from a previous managerial role in the media industry. Julie is committed to delivering the highest level of service to her clients and enjoys all aspects of her role, particularly helping buyers find their new homes while striving to achieve the best possible price for her sellers.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys watching sporting events, travelling, and spending time with her family and her two Dalmatians.

Bringing the skills of a confident and experienced office administrator to her role as Rural Secretary at Howkins & Harrison, Julie offers a wealth of knowledge gained across a diverse range of sectors, including manufacturing, maintenance and research and development.
In her current position, she provides essential support to the rural surveying team, assisting with the administration side of commercial lettings, sales processes, and a wide variety of associated administrative tasks. Known for her approachable manner and efficiency, Julie is often the first point of contact for anyone calling the rural team, ensuring every enquiry is handled with professionalism and care.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys an active rural life of her own. She can often be found walking her rescue dog, Prince, or spending quality time with her horse, Scarlett. In quieter moments, she unwinds with knitting, a good book, or the occasional well deserved spa day.

Karen joined Howkins & Harrison in 2017 and manages our Towcester residential office. She has a background in sales and marketing, and is passionate about providing excellent customer service. Having lived in Northamptonshire for many years and being familiar with Towcester and the surrounding villages, Karen is ideally placed to help vendors make successful sales and purchasers to find their dream home in this beautiful part of the world.

Karen joined the Daventry Lettings team in December 2011, as a Lettings Negotiator.

Karen Soulsby holds a BS (Hons) in European Languages and Business and has built her career around event and quality management. She has extensive experience organising events across the Midlands to promote business excellence through the principles of Investors in Excellence and the EFQM Excellence Model. Karen enjoys bringing together skills from her previous roles, particularly in project management and organisation, and is known for her strong attention to detail and commitment to seeing work through to completion. She joined the H&H Rural Department in September 2024 after taking some time out to focus on her young family and is delighted to be back in a role where she can make a positive impact.  Outside of work, Karen spends most of her time with her two daughters, often in the role of taxi and dance mum, while also indulging her love of fitness, baking, and catching up with friends and family.

Having spent “almost a” lifetime in the food and farming industry, Kate opted for a career change to focus on her passion for property. She joined the Daventry team in October 2024 as a Sales Negotiator, having spent a year working across the Rugby, Lutterworth and Daventry offices; and is motivated to do the best for both vendors and buyers alike.

When not in the office, Kate is a keen artist, she also enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and her border collie, Ella!

Kieran is a Property Manager in lettings, known for his organised approach and strong attention to detail. With a BA in Fine Art from Manchester Metropolitan University, he brings a creative eye to property presentation and maintenance, ensuring high standards for both landlords and tenants.

Outside of work, Kieran enjoys collecting records, travelling to new places, and has a keen interest in interior design.

Lily joined H&H having graduated from Harper Adams in 2022. She had studied real estate and land management for her degree having found the course following a spell with a building surveyor on work experience. Lily enjoys how varied the work is and the opportunities for working in different parts of the business such as the commercial department. Outside of work Lily likes to play hockey, ride her horse and walk her puppy, Bertie. Lily is a member of Netherseal Young Farmers and enjoys attending meetings and social events. When not playing hockey, she likes to watch Leicester Tigers at Welford Road.

Liberty comes from a background in legislative compliance and health and safety, with a strong focus on continuous improvement. Passionate about creating compliant and efficient workplaces, Liberty is committed to helping teams streamline processes and maintain the highest standards.

Lauren joined the team in the Lutterworth office in 2024. Lauren’s background in development adds another layer of expertise to her role at Howkins & Harrison, allowing her to offer valuable insights and guidance to clients navigating the property market. Her passion for providing a high level of service ensures that clients receive personalised attention and support every step of the way. With her combination of local knowledge, industry experience, and dedication to customer satisfaction, Lauren is undoubtedly an asset to the team. When not in the office, Lauren can either be found on the tennis court or walking her dog Bella!

Linda is a whirlwind in our residential sales team in Ashby de la Zouch. Forever keeping us smiling and with unrivaled knowledge of property, land and the locality. Partial to the odd cup of tea, if you’d like to know something about property or anything about a local village or town, Linda is your go to. Outside of work Linda has a keen interest in the equestrian world and has previous bred and trained race horses.

Lilly graduated from Newcastle University with a BA (Hons) in Geography in 2018, then spent 2.5 years in London working in the commercial real estate market with experience in office leaseholds. In 2021, Lilly qualified from the Royal Agricultural University with a Masters in Rural Estate Land Management. Having spent the next 3 years at Fisher German in Market Harborough, Lilly gained experience working with a range of private, corporate, and charitable clients specialising in managing mixed portfolios of residential, commercial, agricultural and investment assets throughout the Midlands. Within this time, Lilly qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV).

In December 2024, Lilly joined Howkins & Harrison in the Rural Department, providing professional services and advice to landowners and farmers with a broad range of expertise in Land and Property Sales, Valuations, Diversification, Renewables, and Development, with the goal of helping clients achieve their land and property objectives. Lilly is now an RICS Registered Valuer.

Outside of work, Lilly enjoys running ultra marathons and booking holidays!

Lindsay has always worked in customer service roles, for many years in the property sector, supporting estate agency teams across their roles.

In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her two daughters, family and friends, and enjoys walking with her dog.

Lisa joined Howkins & Harrison in the autumn of 2015. Predominantly undertaking sales support and administration work, Lisa has a wealth of estate agency experience and is able to lend a hand in all departments.

Lisa joined H&H with over 12 years experience in the residential lettings market. In addition, she spent an early part of her career as a Holiday Cottage reservations manager in Chester. Lisa always strives to provide the best customer service, matching the right tenant to the property. Having been both a tenant and a landlord, Lisa knows first hand the importance of service and attention to detail. In her spare time, Lisa is a keen follower of Formula 1 and participating in classes at the gym.

Louise has worked in the industry for several years, starting in the Rural department in Rugby before transitioning to assist the Residential team in Daventry. She is passionate about delivering high-quality service to clients and is always eager to go the extra mile. Louise is a keen baker, much to the team’s delight, Louise’s bakes are a regular highlight in the office!

Lucy works within the lettings team in our Rugby office supporting landlords and tenants through all aspects of the letting process. Lucy has an exceptional attention to detail coupled with a desire to provide the best possible customer service which delights our landlords and tenants alike.

Lynne is an integral part of the H&H team in Northampton, with a wealth of knowledge around all property transactions. Having spent significant time working with our residential sales team as the department’s lead secretary, Lynne has now moved across to support the lettings team in Northampton.

Maddie is a Sales Negotiator based at the Lutterworth office and has been with the company for one year. Her role involves managing property sales, conducting viewings, and overseeing sales progression to ensure a smooth and efficient process for both buyers and sellers. She takes great pride in her work and enjoys being an integral part of the team.

Mark joined Howkins & Harrison January 2005. Originally based in our Northampton office he now runs the lettings team at our Rugby office. Has been in the industry for over 20 years and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the lettings market and portfolio.

Mark joined the Northampton lettings team in February 2011, after a change in career direction from an 11 year Directorship in the Furniture & Furnishings industry. Working primarily in Northampton, he has also served in our Rugby and Daventry offices. A father of three grown-up children, Mark has excellent local knowledge and a mature and considered approach to his work.

Martin started his career in estate agency in 1986, in the days of applicant boxes, cameras with 35mm film, measuring sticks and no internet. Times have certainly changed, but the attention to detail and customer service focus has remained the same. Martin oversees the Residential Sales team, encouraging his staff to welcome new technology whilst embracing traditional values. Martin lives locally and lives for sport.

Mathew is an experienced Estate Agent, Negotiator and Property Valuer, working within our Ashby team. Matthew leads our residential sales team in Ashby, is focused on customer service and creating the best possible property outcomes for his clients.

Michael joined Howkins & Harrison in November 2015, having previously been principal of his own firm in the East Midlands for a number of years. Michael is a Fellow of RICS, CAAV and also a Member of the Expert Witness Institute, having a diploma in expert witness work from Cardiff University.

Michael specialises in rural and commercial work, land sales, professional valuations and development land. He is also a big fan of Leicester Tigers and has been a keen equestrian participator in horse driving trials, having been successful at a national level.

Nadine offers a wealth of knowledge and experience in customer service, negotiating and sales. Having previously worked for both Redrow Homes and Avant Homes. She’s an experienced and accredited trainer of sales and customer service. Nadine’s clients are always her main priority, ensuring they are given the best possible service when either buying or selling a new home. Communication is key to successful completions. Nadine is friendly, approachable and professional at all times, and is normally laughing!

Nigel joined the Howkins & Harrison planning team in May 2001, bring with him a wealth of knowledge of planning policy & legislation. Having worked across all areas of the planning profession, Nigel is able to advise with confidence and experience on all aspects of land and property change and will always provide straight forward and honest advice.

Paul joined Howkins & Harrison in November 2015, he works out of the Ashby de la Zouch office as a Senior Surveyor, with experience and expertise in all areas of rural land & property and is never short of an anecdote to share.

Peter is an RICS Registered Valuer and a Member of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Peter opened our Atherstone office in 1984, and as a qualified Chartered Surveyor concentrating on the rural and country homes world, he was able to expand Howkins & Harrison’s influence into North Warwickshire, Leicestershire and South Derbyshire.

Whilst still based at Atherstone, Peter specialises in rural professional services; property development, promotion agreements and options, and obtaining planning permission.

Having grown up on a farm, Peter was always keen to work in the rural sector so after having completed his undergraduate degree in History, the postgraduate REALM course at Harper Adams presented itself as the ideal pathway. Peter joined H&H in the summer of 2022 and enjoys a variety of tasks, gaining knowledge by supporting the senior surveyors and Partners and their clients. Outside of work, Peter is a big rugby fan and an accomplished musician, having twice performed at the Royal Albert Hall as a percussionist in orchestras.

Ruby Joined Howkins and Harrison in 2025 after graduating from the Royal Agricultural University. Having grown up on a Dairy farm, Ruby is well-acquainted with early mornings, muddy boots, and the genuine realities of rural life. When she’s not at work, you will find her out with friends, playing piano or in the milking parlour.

Pippa joined the team as part of a placement from Harper Adams University, where she is developing her knowledge and experience within the rural sector. With grandparents who were dairy farmers, Pippa has grown up around agriculture, which sparked her interest in working within the industry.

Outside of work, Pippa enjoys horse riding, playing hockey, and spending time walking, making the most of the outdoors whenever she can.

Managing Partner, Robert, has more than 24 years of agency experience with an unrivaled knowledge of property within Northamptonshire, Warwickshire and Leicestershire. Robert joined Howkins & Harrison in 2003, as the manager of the Rugby residential team and has worked in all of our offices over the years.

He is now mainly based between Rugby and Lutterworth and  specialises in market appraisals and all types of property sales and advice, as well as overseeing and steering the whole business.

Sally is an Associate Partner and the Operations Manager, she has been an integral part of the company for over 25 years. She began her journey in the residential department as a negotiator, gaining valuable front-line experience before moving into the accounts team, where she completed her AAT qualification. Sally’s role has evolved over the years, reflecting her broad expertise and deep understanding of the business. She now leads the company’s IT operations, focusing on cybersecurity, strategic planning, and implementing future-proof technologies, amongst other operational duties, to drive efficiency and support continued growth

Sarah joined our Daventry office in January 2012 as Residential Lettings Manager. She is fully ARLA qualified and is responsible for the day to day running of the Daventry & Towcester lettings teams, she also oversees the management of both Ashby and Atherstone lettings offices.

Sarah is an expert at working with new and existing Landlords, taking on new houses to let and successfully placing tenants into their new home. She is passionate about her job and loves meeting new people.

Sam comes to the company following fifteen years nursing within the NHS and education sector, and more recently offering clinical reflexology within private practice.  Alongside this, Sam has spent time in Early Years Childcare, elderly care settings, retail and sales and hospitality, all of which add to the wide and varied experiences and skills she brings to the team. As a mother of three, all grown and flown, and a granny to one, home life is colourful and busy, if a tad noisy at times! Outside of work, Sam is a keen sewist, enjoys long distance walking, and loves cold water swimming.

Simon joined Howkins & Harrison in late 2016, having worked in the Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire area for his entire professional career.

Simon brings a wealth of expertise in a wide range of professional fields, particularly planning and development, HS2 and estate management.

Tayla studied for a BSc Honours in Applied Farm Management and then for an MSc in Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural University, joining H&H as a Graduate Surveyor in 2020. Tayla supports clients across a wide range of professional work including; valuations, farm agency, grants & subsidies.

Outside of work, Tayla spends most of her time on the family farm, working with sheep and start up goat herd & enjoys going on long country walks with her dog.

Susannah joined H&H on a placement year during 2020 & 2021. Following the successful completion of her degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University, she returned as a graduate surveyor, undertaking roles across the firm, supporting land owners and farmers with their land management needs. In her spare time, Susannah enjoys helping out on the family farm or going for walks with her dogs.

Tim is an RICS Registered Valuer and an RICS assessor for the Rural APC

Tim was brought up on a smallholding in Northumberland and joined Howkins in 2001 after graduating from Harper Adams, initially based at the Atherstone office dealing with the sale of land and country property. He moved to the Rugby office in 2005 and was promoted to Partner in 2017. He manages the Rural professional, planning and farm dispersal teams. His work is varied in type and geographical location and covers all spectrums of the work undertaken by the firm across a wide area. The work includes advising landowners about Basic Payment & Countryside Stewardship Schemes, but predominantly he deals with the sale of land, farms and country properties as well as being a Registered Valuer able to undertake RICS approved valuations for a wide range of property type. Tim is also heavily involved in planning and development work – working with landowners who want to enter option or promotion agreements on their land and then the subsequent sale of the land to house builders or developers. Tim is also an RICS APC assessor on the rural pathway which sits twice a year, and he mentors the graduates and placement students through their APC training within the firm.

Tonni joined Howkins and Harrison in January 2022, after a long career as a teacher of Economics, Business Studies and French. She has a keen interest in all things property related and loves helping buyers find their dream home. She has lived in Ashby for over 26 years so is in a good position to sell not only the properties, but to also explain the merits and amenities of the local areas to viewers. Outside of work Tonni is a keen runner, yogi, gym goer and avid supporter of local stand-up comedy.
