Can't praise Howkins & Harrison Lutterworth team enough, especially Deborah, Ali and Beth. We have been through a rough patch as our initial sale fell through, but the whole team didn't give up and we made sale in the end. Deborah was a star chasing all the chain, kept our sellers in the loop as well; so they waited for a second time around on our sale. It was a delight working with them. Beth helped us with initial set-up and been there throughout , and Ali was so flexible arranging all viewings. Whole team kept us up to date with all progress. We would certainly recommend them, and we are so glad we chose to work with them on our sale.

My company has been using the Howkins and Harrison’s block management department to manage several blocks of flats we developed.
The team lead by Mark and Sophie are instrumental in getting all the correct processes in place to ensure the blocks meet the legal and safety standards in addition to ensuring the day to day duties of maintaining and running the blocks are in place.
The team takes time in understanding the dynamics of a block by visiting at several times during the development and the handover is always smooth. During our sales process the team assist in responding to the block management enquires making that side of the conveyance process easier. I know from experience that after handover they manage any issues that may arise from the blocks allowing us to simply focus on our current projects.
It’s a complete peace of mind for us which is the reason for them being our preferred block manager.
