Development land case study – Cherwell District Council
163 acres adjoining J11 of the M40 owned by a client who farms a substantial acreage adjoining and to the north of Banbury.
A couple of years ago our client received interest in the land from developers and promoters which we drew together as a promotion agreement and chose Greystoke Land in Oxford which is headed by Anthony Crean KC to promote the land.
A planning application is now with Cherwell District Council for 140,000 sq m of industrial units as illustrated on the attached plan for which market evidence suggests there is considerable demand.
