We have always been at the forefront of logistics and distribution and were pioneering land and letting agents with the origins of DIRFT at Junction 18 M1 now recognised as the most successful intermodal (rail/road) logistics park in the UK. We were instrumental in the original development of approx. 300 acres during the 1990s with the initial 4 million sq.ft and then in the extension of a  further 2 million sq.ft soon after.

We currently act for clients on over 2,500 acres of commercial development land under option and promotion.
